What makes it all worthwhile for me is helping to bring about change. The foundational core is working with great people who share common values. We share the client's passion and excitement when it registers they can actually make changes to improve the system. We help them hunt for, and bring down, the ever elusive 'Sacred Moose', sensing the adrenalin rush that comes from the team coming together on a major project. Finally at the end of the day, I like being the last one out the door so I can close one more chapter in the big book of how we used to do things.
