Personal Profile

Wayne's personal motivation is to create organizational transformation and effectiveness through the teamwork of staff, suppliers, and project teams. Working with others, Wayne has utilized analytical, creative, and consultative skills to build integrated communities, re-structure Information Systems, create new businesses, new corporate directions, and plan new markets.
 
Strategically driven, people focused, and a collaboratively driven leader, Wayne has extensive experience in different organizations and a varied functional and operational background including: Strategy and technology consulting, Information Management, Operations Management, Marketing & Sales, Project Management, and Training.
 
Wayne has had a wide and diverse career in many industries and has been responsible for many major projects while filling senior consultative and organizational roles. In addition Wayne has owned and managed his own business, been a general and strategic management consultant, supported management teams on business development, and provided his marketing and sales skills to many organizations.
 
Wayne's ability to innovate has been demonstrated through his leadership on award-winning projects. Among his work, projects he has led have won a National Award from the UK National Health System and a Provincial and Peer Awards for solutions in Healthcare in Ontario.

Sample Engagements

  • Held senior roles in two major health care organizations (Royal Cornwall Hospitals Trust in England and Trillium Health Centre in Ontario).
  • Created an integrated health care community model in the Duchy of Cornwall in the UK and for Trillium Health Centre in Mississauga.
  • Developed a leading-edge provider and patient portal.
  • Designed and developed a complete system for a major Middle East bank.
  • Built all the systems for a major telephone company in Saudi Arabia.
  • Ran a pan-Canadian organization in Toronto, which shared systems between eight telephone companies.
  • Developed health care, taxation and defense systems, university applications, and Project Management Offices for organizations as diverse as Blue Cross Blue Shield in the USA and Saudi Telecom.
  • Built a systems house in Saudi Arabia, which grew from a small business to the second largest systems house in the Middle East.
