The Problem
A joint venture for three community hospitals was under significant pressure to meet program service volumes mandated by its funder. The group required an implementation-ready strategic plan that would accommodate the different fiscal realities and service capabilities of the partners.

The team helped the venture develop compelling vision and mission statements,concrete goals, operational metrics, implementation plans and timelines. Our customized approach included environmental scans, one-one-one consultations, facilitated workshops and pre-and post-workshop assignments.
Outcomes
The three community hospitals are currently implementing the new strategic plan for their joint venture and have successfully met their first quarter implementation milestones.
